product was advertised to work on windows 7, but after calling tech support found out theybr /do not have full authorization from microsoft to use parts of software with theirs.br /br /I would not have purchased the product if I had known this.

This product has so many flaws i dont want to list them all Poor compatibility to Vista distorted lower screen caused 2 crashes and the quit recording completely...I got one copy of a cd 5 hours wasted returned to Amazon
